Figured it was time to break up the iOS posts with some Android love. I know there are a few of us out there, so come out of hiding and post your home screen (and details on extras like custom launchers, icon packs, or widgets).

Using Aviate launcher and Moonshine Icons
I really liked Aviate, but it seems like the agenda listings would get stuck and would never update. Have you run in to that issue as well?
It made it nearly unusable since I had to constantly open my calendar (or try to wedge a second agenda widget on to one of the screens) just to see what meetings I had next.
I have found that it does work in terms of showing the content though I have sometimes noticed that I can't click into it (making it a somewhat useless widget unless all I want is a subject and time).
I feel your pain about having to use another widget though, that is one thing aviate doesn't seem to do amazingly either.
I am just a massive fan of the contact switching, app grouping and clean design it has.
The app grouping was one of the major draws for me as well. I love that I can keep the apps grouped in logical ways.
The one thing they initially aimed for that seems to have fallen to the wayside is context-aware switching of the home screens. It never seems to switch between work/home/morning/night/etc based on the time and location. I wish they provided a way for me to set guidance on what is displayed (ie: M-F, 9am-6pm show me the work setup)
This is mine, Just two days ago I rooted my phone with a new cyanogen. Decided to go ultra minimal.

I've got the Aviate launcher. Pretty happy with it so far.
I tend to alternate between the Google Now launcher and SF Launcher. Both use the Tendere icon pack
