Ask DN: How the HELL do you add a image to a comment?

I'm going crazy, every time I try it comes up as a broken image. I write the markdown exactly as its shown in the help and nothing.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thing is, I copied and pasted the markdown and replaced the image tag. Nada mas.
In the past when it's broken I've removed bit of the markdown until it works, like the "image title" bit.

  I do the same and get nothing, literally I copy the markdown example, replace the url with mine and it doesnt work.
  YES! IT WORKED! Removing the "image title" part got it working. Is that a bug then?

Make sure there's no space between exclamation point and brackets.
