Something that I think is interesting and may not be obvious from looking at the site - all the icons are hand drawn and scanned, with as little editing as possible ;) The ones that have colour had it added in Photoshop.
They're beautiful. I'm hoping to learn how to illustrate to do something similar some time in the future.
Love it! So many beautiful illustrations!
This is very nice. I wish it were a native app - I'd happily pay for it. I find that paying for Evernote every month isn't for me, but for a good alternative that's built on Dropbox (which I'm already shelling out $$ for). I'd buy that.
I like the design. It looks like you can use this to replace Evernote and keep everything stored in your Dropbox instead?
Indeed, the closest competitor would probably be Evernote. It'll be a bit better at handling visual content and links, plus the notes are full Markdown.
This is probably going to be a Mac-only app isn't it?
It's actually going to be a web app + browser extension. I'm aiming for it to be optimised for tablets so you can get the full functionality on the go. All the content will also be browsable through Finder and the various Dropbox apps.
Love the idea and the design. How long is the wait for beta access?
Thanks :) The beta will be out at the end of June.
