Maybe he had requested his removal so the photos were a multiple of 4 and to keep the grid balanced?
Lmao, thought this too
Haha, 3 columns of 3 now.
I feel like he's staring into my soul.
An aside, but the lack of women in Apple's exec roles is really noticeable.
shrugs
Makes sense if you look at the numbers (men/women in tech).
You mean it makes sense in the old world of tech.
There are plenty of amazing tech companies who have women or other ethnicities (anything other than caucasian) in their leadership. And leading companies should also be making innovation in leadership as well.
Regardless of intention, this has a way of saying to a black woman employee (as example), "you have no place and no where to advance in this company."
Well, I'm not going to call discrimination without any evidence.
Yahoo has a woman at the top. I don't call them out for doing it for "token woman" reasons either.
In other words, I'm aware of the stigmata, I just like to not judge companies/people on conclusions drawn by what the company looks like.
The fact that apple is "ruled by men" doesn't mean they discriminate towards women.
That's all I'm saying.
No one said anyone was discriminating.
Many people noted that Apple has a lack of diversity in their leadership.
I said that Apple should disrupt that and could do so quite easily. It's a healthy way to run a company.
The "discrimination" you're referring to is probably related to my final comment, however I was merely stating the impression that's given by all male, all white leadership.
No one judged, they just stated that something seems off.
Fair enough!
If I meet him, I'll ask "Why so serious bro?"
